Field Rentals

Grounds

There are 2 baseball/softball fields available for rent. For detailed information on renting the fields, please see below.

Field Use Agreement

Field Use Agreement

  1. Application. The fields are owned by Life Demonstration Church, Inc. (“LDC”). All field usage must be scheduled through filing an Application with LDC indicating which field and dates are requested. Any requested changes from the original rental schedule must be approved in writing by LDC prior to usage. All facilities are provided on an “as is” condition. 
  2. Payment. Unless other arrangements have been made, payment is due in full upon LDC acceptance of the Application and before field usage.
  3. Damages. Renters shall be responsible for any and all damages done to the facility(s) during rentals and will pay for or repair all such damages. 
  4. Booking Fee. After an online request has been submitted and Application approved, there will be a non-refundable online booking fee of $50 due upon acceptance of Application.
  5. Deposit. A Deposit of $100.00 will be charged to the provided credit or debit card prior to use of the field. At the conclusion of the rental period, if all of the rules and agreements have been followed and all rental fees paid, the Deposit will be refunded. 
  6. Priority. From time to time, LDC has functions that will require the use of the fields. LDC usage will have priority over all other usage. 
  7. Insurance. Renter must provide proof of a current $1,000,000 per occurrence liability insurance policy prior to use of the Field. LDC is to be named as an additional insured on the policy.
  8. Revocation. LDC is a church and as such, renters and their participants shall conduct themselves accordingly. Rental privileges may be revoked for non-payment, abuse of facilities, deteriorating turf conditions, sportsmanship issues, lack of supervision, use of alcohol, tobacco products of any kind, including e-cigarettes, use or possession of illegal drugs, driving or parking motor vehicles on the fields, loud music, profane or inappropriate language, violating policy, etc. Due to excessive rain or other inclement weather, use of the field may be temporarily suspended at the sole discretion of LDC. Rain dates have been built into the price of the field rental and no refunds will be offered.
  9. Rules. No hitting balls into fences; no motorized vehicles are allowed on the fields, or grass, at any time. All usage shall be supervised by at least 1 adult over the age of twenty-one (21). There shall be no parking under drive through, on grass or in the back of the buildings. All vehicles must be parked in the front lot only. All trash must be cleaned up at the conclusion of every usage. LDC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. 
  10. Indemnification. It is fully understood and acknowledged that the sponsoring organization guarantees to indemnify and hold harmless LDC, its directors, employees, volunteers and agents against any and all suits of any manner which might arise as a result of the covered activities and that the sponsoring organization agrees to defend LDC, its directors, employees, volunteers and agents and indemnify same against any and all expenses incurred in the defense of any suit of any type arising out of the covered activity or any damages, judgments or decree which might be awarded against LDC in the event that the suit should be brought as a result of the covered activity. 
  11. Rental Facilities and Fees. Rental will only include the specific field(s) listed below and does not include the buildings or restrooms. In lieu of payment, mowing/grounds upkeep maybe be available as a payment alternative. 

Area 1: South Field

  • Baseball or softball for up to 5th grade
  • 2-hour time block per practice
  • $10 per practice

Area 2: North Field

  • Baseball or softball for 6th grade and older
  • 2-hour time block per practice
  • $20 per practice

Mowing/Grounds Upkeep

Mowing/Ground Upkeep Schedule

  1. We will provide the mowers and maintenance for the mowers.
  2. Mowing should be done once a week and completed by Saturday of each week. 
  3. A garage code will be given to access the mowers. The code will be given to one team representative over the age of 21 and must not be shared.
  4. Someone over the age of 21 must be present while work is being completed.
